Northwestern Selecta was founded in 1980 by the Núñez family in San Juan, Puerto Rico. We are a family-owned company dedicated to importing and distributing frozen and refrigerated foods to retailers and the food service industry.

Based on our strong service focus we have grown to become one of the leading food distributors in Puerto Rico and one of the largest Hispanic companies in the United States.
